With over 30 years of experience in the Albuquerque Real Estate market and multiple recognition awards for her achievements at the local, regional and national level, Annie O'Connell  is the consummate real estate professional who brings a personal touch and passion to her work.

Annie prefers working closely with her clients, meeting with them in person to truly understand their needs and wants when looking for their next home and ensure they understand every step of the buying and selling process. Annie's hands-on approach brings a personal touch to her business that is sometimes lacking in today's high tech world.

A New Mexico native, Annie was a teacher and single mom who got her start in real estate at a time when "it was sink or swim" financially.

Although Annie has consistently been a top producing agent and a member of Elite 25, New Mexico Select & CRS, her greatest achievement is "connecting the dots" - making people's dreams come true.

Annie attributes her success to five keys. She says a REALTOR must always be passionate, punctual, professional, have a pleasing personality and return every call promptly.

Her two grown children, Meredith and Robert, both are very successful in their own careers. They grew up watching her work ethic and followed her example.

Annie throws herself into helping people all over the city. She assisted multiple UNM coaches with relocation as well as serving as a relocation specialist for PNM and Comcast.

Annie says, "When you have a passion for people you can't help but work hard. Fun and a little bit on the edge is how I've always been. I love getting people into my car and having it be a fun, fabulous, rewarding experience. That's what I'm all about."
